How do I create an account for online application?
To create an account:
Go to the Programs page and select your desired program
Click "Apply Now" button
Fill in your email, mobile number, full name, and create a password
Complete the captcha verification
Check your email for activation link and click it to activate your account
What are the image requirements for photo and signature?
Your Photo:
Size: 300x300 pixels
Maximum file size: 200KB
Format: JPG, PNG, GIF
Recent passport-size photo
Your Signature:
Size: 300x80 pixels
Maximum file size: 100KB
Format: JPG, PNG, GIF
Clear, black ink on white paper
Guardian's Signature:
Size: 300x80 pixels
Maximum file size: 100KB
Format: JPG, PNG, GIF
Parent/Guardian signature
How does the payment process work?
The payment process is simple and secure:
Complete your application form first
Go to the Payment tab in your application
Click "Pay with bKash" button
You'll be redirected to bKash payment gateway
Complete the payment using your bKash account
Return to the application to see payment confirmation
Can I edit my application after submission?
Once you submit your application, all information becomes final. Please review all details carefully in the Preview section before submitting. You can save your progress and continue editing until you click the final "Submit Application" button.
When will I receive my admit card?
Your admit card will be available for download after:
Your application is successfully submitted
Payment is confirmed
Application deadline has passed
University processes all applications
You'll receive an email notification when your admit card is ready for download.
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password:
Go to the Login page
Click "Forgot your password?" link
Enter your registered email address
Check your email for password reset link
Click the link and set a new password
